  My husband and I worked with Damian on a Sunday afternoon and we were only there for maybe 2 hours, we told him what we needed and he worked with us and got us into a car and was upfront about what’s realistic and what is not! He was even willing to bring the car to us once the insurance was approved! Logan in the financing department was quick and very personable! Highly recommend and I will be going back when I’m ready for my trade in!

  Richard Roy did it again! This is the third car I have bought off him! Always doing everything in their power to put their customers first! Always making sure their customers are happy! I had the pleasure of working with Ryleigh and Logan who made everything happen so smoothly! Also Darell gave me the best rate on car insurance! I spent the day there but I went home with the van I wanted! Thank you all again!

  I recently financed a car through Merchants Auto, and worked with Armando. He was super helpful, and patient (I had my 2 year old with me) and he didn’t make us feel like a bother. He got me and my children into a bigger, safer vehicle. His communication was great, super accommodating and he worked with me to get an affordable payment plan. Highly recommend seeing Armando if you’re looking for a car!

  Bob was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He made my daughter’s first car-buying experience comfortable, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of her questions and concerns without ever making her feel rushed or talked down to. As a parent, it meant everything to see her treated with respect and supported through such a big milestone. Bob went above and beyond to make sure she understood the process and felt confident in her decision. If you’re looking for a salesperson—especially for a first-time car buyer—Bob is 100% your guy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend him without hesitation.

  I purchased my car from here at the end of October 2025 - I actually made a review on here for the sales guy I worked with, Damian, and raved about my experience with him. I have since deleted my review and come back to post reality. My car is now in the shop for the 2nd time since I purchased it. I had my car 2 weeks, went out of town for 2.5 weeks and came back to my car not running correct. Beginning of December, I called the dealership and requested a manager and got Riley, who was so "kind" to inform me that he didn't make the car when I expressed my unhappiness that I had to bring my car in after just getting it from there. I don't have anything kind to say about Riley and the way he handled the whole situation when I brought this matter to his attention. On the other hand, Ralph and the service side was wonderful in helping me take care of the issue. I took my car in with a check engine light on and codes popping up and they replaced my radiator and some oil housing unit thingy (I don't know the exact wording) - what my extended warranty didn't cover, they covered since I was "just outside" their window and I greatly appreciate that. Now - it is the beginning of February and my car is back in the shop with my check engine light blinking and the same codes as before popping with new friends that have joined the party. I learned last night that I need a new engine. To say I am unhappy and sad and mad and all kinds of negative emotions is an understatement. I feel like because I bought the extended warranty everything that is happening is being brushed under the rug so to speak, like everything is fine because I have that, but while I am thankful to have that - there is no guarantee they're going to approve paying for putting a new engine in my new to me car and at 3 months of having a vehicle, I should not be in the shop now twice. I do not and will not recommend Merchants to anyone again. Right after I purchased my car, I actually recommended Merchants to some friends and they purchased a car from them and they also had their vehicle in the shop within a month of purchasing the vehicle and I regret doing that.
