If I could give negative stars I would for this place. They are obviously successful given their size, but seem to deal in volume and definitely not a quality experience.
First off, when I called, I didn't get someone in NH, I got a call center and made an appointment to test drive a car, they verified and we set a time.
I arrive at the dealer (and it is now raining unfortunately) and they assign me a salesperson who takes my license and then tells me that I can't drive the car. It was scheduled for maintenance. Why this wasn't conveyed while I was making the appointment. The salesperson then got very curt when I asked why this happened, as if this is a normal outcome... "the call center in Kentucky doesn't have this info". I was aggravated as I had driven pretty far on a rainy Friday night to check out the car.
He then says, well, you can look at the car, and takes me out to their little shuttle truck to get across their vast fleet of used cards, and opens the passenger door from the inside and says "oh, your seat is all wet hopefully that's not a problem". I'm like, are you serious dude. The window was left open and the seat was soaked. I said no, so we walked across the lot looking for the car in the rain...
I can't express just how aggravated I was and the salesperson's attitude was icing on the cake.
I'm not sure what kind of rinky-dink operation this is, but it seems to be successful, but I will be sure to tell anyone talking to me about cars my experience, and highly suggest they avoid.

Though I had a car in mind when I came in, Armando took the time to go over my options. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I got exactly what I wanted, for a reasonable price. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Merchants Auto without reservations.

Went in for a car and left with one that day. The experience throughout the process made my day. Mike was informative and warm. We had fun joking about the funny things and serious when it came time to it. Thanks for a great experience. Luckily I won't need another car soon but when I do I will be back. Oh, the show room is beautiful and the tea and coffee is hot. Couldn't ask for more.

We had a great experience with Armando. He was very attentive, listened to our needs/wants, and ultimately helped us get into a vehicle we loved. He did not rush us, and him along with the sales and finance team went out of their way to get us approved with a reasonable monthly price.
