    Julius T was so kind and helpful! After a frustrating run with trying to find wiper blades that fit my car deemed me unsuccessful, he helped with finding me the exact one needed. He found the exact adapter needed for my car and even put the blade on for me. Thanks, Julius for a professional and friendly endeavor

    We called ahead to confirm they had the tool needed to fix our rear bearing, and they assured us they did. After driving all the way there, we were told they actually didn’t have the tool at all. When I asked why we were told otherwise, the only response I got was, “Why didn’t you try another store?” That’s unacceptable customer service. If your team doesn’t have the correct information, don’t tell customers you do. This ended up wasting our time completely. The staff clearly needs better training and communication—this was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

    Went in for an oil pan plug. The guy helping me wasn't to knowledgeable. Said there were 2 items in stock. When we went to the section where they were he forgot the part number and had to go back to the register and get it again. I bought the part even though the plug was a little shorter. After leaving I ones across the street to advance Auto parts and they had the correct size plug. So then I went and returned the plug to AutoZone and the return took a little longer than expected. I don't know maybe the guy was new or something. Had a similar experience before at this store with an item they said was in stock but the kid could not find it.
