Bought a new battery here from Shane who was very helpful but when I got home realized some of the electronics in my truck were not working. I called and spoke to be manager Ej. Ej was apologetic of the problem and was more than willing to help me. He had me come back down and was quickly able to trouble shoot the problem. Ej got me a different battery that I needed and it appears all the features in my truck are operating appropriately again. Thank you to Ej and the rest of the team. The store was swamped and they didn’t put me on a back burner, I definitely appreciate the high level of customer service I always received when I patronize this advanced auto parts location!

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.
What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
