I immediately took it on the highway to test and at 60 miles an hour I was shaking violently. Took it back and they said i had to wait another hour and a half to get my balance redone with an obviously irritated tone, which is perceived to be directed at me and quite unprofessional. I understand you guys are busy, but you messed up something basic and should've fixed it immediately instead of wasting even more of my day.

You leave a deposit a they forget to even order the tires. They forgot to tighten jam nut after doing an alignment. They quoted tires that wouldn't even fit my truck (wrong rim size). Goffstown store - didn't have the chuck to put air in a dually. Told my wife's friend that they didn't have the socket to remove her tires (not specialty socket, just a regular socket). Save yourself a headache and go to Mr. Gees. Might cost a little more but at least you know your tires won't fall off.

Arrived on time and they immediately got to work on my car and had the tire fixed in less than 30 minutes. Went to pay and the invoice showed 0 dollars. I got out my credit card and the manager said no charge. He said it was just a 1.5 inch nail easily removed and repaired. This is why I’ve used them for all my tire purchases and repairs. Can’t recommend them high enough.

Tim was kind enough to plug it and I left in less than 30 minutes. Extremely professional and courteous!! Highly recommend!!
