I showed up at 730am on Tuesday morning as they were turning on the 'Open' Sign, and explained that I had made an appointment to swap the tires and wheels on my truck. The condescending employee said it's not going to happen since they had 4 vehicles lined up and the online scheduling doesn't have a clue what they have scheduled. I have had recent surgery on my arm and am unable to do this simple swap that usually takes me a matter of minutes and was wanting to stay local - Never again with this shop, they are arrogant condescending time wasters. Went next door to the Ford Dealer and told the my story and they accommodated me without having to come back and the price was reasonable. Tire Warehouse is a joke run by clowns and I urge all to avoid

They repaired it for free (!) and had me on my way in <30 minutes! These guys are awesome!! This is the second time they have helped me. A year ago, I was leaving suddenly on a long drive to Pennsylvania because my mother was in the hospital and they fixed my tire immediately so I could leave for my 10 hour trip. I'm so grateful to have this business here in town! Many thanks!!!
