  Went for an alignment schedule for 8 AM. The alignment tech wasn’t available till 10 AM no one informed me of this when I made the appointment. They claimed they weren’t able to get the outer tie rod to move. They quoted me $500 with the alignment to replace an outer tie rod It’s a $70 part. So I took the vehicle home was able to loosen the tie rod up in my driveway with very little effort after they told me, they tried everything and couldn’t get it to budge. One bright side they did realign the vehicle at no charge after the impossible complete. In the end a 30 minute alignment ended up taking most of my day it cost $130 and the car still pulls to the left.

  Anthony , the boss. BEST MECHANIC I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I being a mechanic myself, this guy ID DEAD ON HONEST! ***HE WONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AN PERSON WITH NO MECHANICAL APTITUDE.** AS PROVED - BY MANY NEWS OUTFITS who sent in a woman & a man. WITH SAME EXACT CAR TROUBLE. *THE WOMAN WAS CHARGED 3× THE AMOUNT AS THE MAN WAS look it up.it is 100" true@ THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN HERE!

  Anthony and his team did a great job. They were responsive and went through in detail what needed to be done. Reasonably priced and I never had the feeling they were pushing more on me than needed. I’ll definitely be returning.

  A couple months ago my husband was looking for new tires and we called up Monro to get pricing and the manager picked up the phone and offered my husband a “special deal” on his 4 “barely used” continental tires. Reluctantly my husband and I agreed to this because we have gotten tires from them before and it was always a pleasure. Little did I know this was all don’t under the table and with in a couple months we’ve gone thru ANOTHER 4 tires 3 cracked rims all due to this continental tires we stupidly bought from this manager and boy do I wish we remembered his name. Watch out
