  I wouldn’t recommend going to this place unless you don’t mind being treated poorly. I took my summer tires there to be mounted and balanced, and they found about any excuse possible not to do it for me. And actually gloated about not having to do it. I’ll never go there again.

  Booked an appointment yesterday for new tires they called me and told me they don’t have the tires and they will order and I can come next day at 1pm.when I went there they were roaming around as they have no clue then they told me they ordered wrong tire and they can’t help me,atleast they could have called the other tire warehouse nearby like,Manchester gold street or Hooksett since they messed it up,then finally I called other stores nearby and they had the tires,so I will not recommend this place to anyone very unprofessional and rude.

  Daniel is always very helpful and friendly. Very customer service oriented. Skylar on the other hand has no idea what proper customer service is and shouldn’t be allowed to interact with customers. If not for Daniel I wouldn’t continue being a customer.

  I don’t recommend this place. They scratched up my rims badly and didn’t even say a word about it. This happened on Sunday, and the manager — who is actually decent and professional — wasn’t there. They told me to come back in two days to check the tires, but the rims were already completely messed up.

  Purchased a set of tires after reviewing options online. After having the service complete I requested a price breakdown before paying and was told I would get it after I paid. Paid for the service and reviewed the invoice to find the price of the tires was more than what was advertised online with the company. I explained this and was told they couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to call corporate. Called corporate multiple times and never got an answer from anyone. Not sure how the local site couldn’t remedy this but not the best service and would most likely look elsewhere for future service.
