  Love the staff here, Daniel the manager has a great team, and he is great. They are honest and won’t up charge you for anything. Went in to get a new set of tires “I did buy these elsewhere” they had no issues putting them on. I had to go twice as the first time I was told they weren’t going to be able to get the job done due to a issue with my car, I got it fixed and job was done extremely quick. They are also honest, I swore I was going to need an alignment and asked for one but was told it wasn’t necessary and wasn’t charged for it. Easy to get appointments at this location. Will be returning for rotations and other services!

  I made an apportionment in a pinch after I Blew a tire with only a couple hours before I needed to drive 3 hours for my daughter’s cheerleading competition. They got me in very quickly (after scheduling at a different location, just for them to call a couple hours later letting me know they couldn’t get me in until the following day.) My appointment was at 6 they closed at 630 and I needed to be in the road at 7. I pulled up and they had my car in and up on a lift within 5 mins. The staff was super friendly, compassionate, helpful and educated. They had me in and out in 30 mins and I was on my way to ct by 7. The assistant manager was fabulous! He saw how stressed I was and let’s just say went well above and beyond not only my expectations but well being what he needed to do. I would 1000% go back and recommend this location to anyone and everyone. I wish I got his name but thank you again! He has no idea how much he helped me. He made a stressful situation more bearable and showed me that there is still good people out there. Thank you to app the staff who help me that night.

  My wife and I both really like the staff here, who worked with us to find a tire of good quality that was within our budget. They did the work on time and even did a follow-up 24 hours later just to make sure the tires were okay. How about the only thing that is a little problematic is not really within their control, and it has to do with the availability of the tires. That's why I took one star off, things are so crazy now with deliveries and supply chains that it's somewhat erratic when things will come in. I don't know if they can do anything about that, but that's the only reason why I didn't give them five stars. It certainly wasn't the staff nor the quality of what they were offering that affected that.

  Service was prompt but check for damages. Unlikely to visit again, but they were able to meet my need the quickest around, so that's something. I needed a replacement tire due to multiple nails in a tire in a short period of time. My first trip I was able to get a quick plug. Second trip required a new tire order. Calling is annoying as you get filtered through a call center. On the day of, staff replaced my tire quickly however after inspection of the work, my wheel was scratched in two places and two of my lug nuts were cracked. This is usually indicative of using the wrong tools (12 pt vs 6 pt socket) on a wheel which a wheel shop should know and not do.
