  As a customer of over 15 years this has Been my go to for tires, always affordable always quick, this time I went on Friday 1-9-26 to get a quote on a tire they had only one in stock that was about $300. I thought that was too expensive for one tire so they ordered me one online for $166 and rescheduled me for Sunday. I showed up for my appointment to put on my new tire and some rude 20 something year-old kid comes out. Looks at the tire and says yeah I’m not doing that, You have to do all four, I said I only want one. The other three are brand new and he said nope I won’t do it. It’s all wheel drive. so after speaking with the Manager Friday, where he he looked at the tire and ordered me a new one, set it all up, then I wait two days to go and replace the tire and this kid tells me off, never have I ever been so mad and disappointed as he spoke to me rudely and treated me like I was stupid because I didn’t understand why I couldn’t just buy one tire. after reading the reviews. I see that their customer service is quite poor and never will be returning except maybe to speak to the manager about how his staff is running his store on his day off and turning away customers for being lazy. Now two days have been wasted while I waited for this I’ll gladly pay more elsewhere.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Tire Warehouse. I had ordered snow tires for my car a week ago and scheduled an appointment for installation today. Upon arrival, I was informed that my order did not exist in their system, despite having placed it in person at the desk last week. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged $1,000 for the tires that were never ordered. The staff member even acknowledged that they did not have the tires my car needs in stock. This lack of professionalism and organization is unacceptable, and it feels like i was charged without any follow through on their end. I do not recommend Tire Warehouse based on this experience.

  Lady on the phone said $30.99 each tire… got the bill for $200… guy claimed the coperate should not give prices on the phone… he was a prick. Goffstown mass road…. Don’t go. Take your business elsewhere

  Fantastic experience at this Tire Warehouse. Great price, fast, professional, courteous, thorough, will take all our cars here.

  Got quoted $30 for a tire change (we already had the snow tires). They charged $120! That is twice as much as other places in the area.
