  No customers. No surprise. I just went in here to get my tires rotated at the Goffstown location. Per the contract I received when I bought my tires here tire rotations are free. I’m assuming this helps in the current sale, but some hope that the consumers next set of tires will also be from Tire Warehouse The area I pulled in to had jacks there specifically for tire work, but it was “closed down”, so I had to drive over to another area. No signs saying the former area was closed, obviously. I inquired about new tires for another vehicle. I asked about the current brand I had on the car I brought in and he said they weren’t good. “Crap” might have been his term, I can’t say for sure but it was close in term. My next note is to Michelin. He mentioned Yokohamas, and I asked if he had any on the floor. He walked into the back and completely ignored my question. Thankfully my tire rotation was done quickly. I’m guessing this wasn’t done properly, either. A tire store that won’t sell me tires? Tire Warehouse, do better! Get rid of that guy and replace him with someone that can at least fog a mirror. It is not my first questionable experience at this location, from different actors, but after these tires are too worn I’ll do business with a company that wants my business.

  Walked in with frozen air valve caps. 20 mins and they had it replaced. Friendly staff as well.

  As a customer of over 15 years this has Been my go to for tires, always affordable always quick, this time I went on Friday 1-9-26 to get a quote on a tire they had only one in stock that was about $300. I thought that was too expensive for one tire so they ordered me one online for $166 and rescheduled me for Sunday. I showed up for my appointment to put on my new tire and some rude 20 something year-old kid comes out. Looks at the tire and says yeah I’m not doing that, You have to do all four, I said I only want one. The other three are brand new and he said nope I won’t do it. It’s all wheel drive. so after speaking with the Manager Friday, where he he looked at the tire and ordered me a new one, set it all up, then I wait two days to go and replace the tire and this kid tells me off, never have I ever been so mad and disappointed as he spoke to me rudely and treated me like I was stupid because I didn’t understand why I couldn’t just buy one tire. after reading the reviews. I see that their customer service is quite poor and never will be returning except maybe to speak to the manager about how his staff is running his store on his day off and turning away customers for being lazy. Now two days have been wasted while I waited for this I’ll gladly pay more elsewhere.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Tire Warehouse. I had ordered snow tires for my car a week ago and scheduled an appointment for installation today. Upon arrival, I was informed that my order did not exist in their system, despite having placed it in person at the desk last week. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged $1,000 for the tires that were never ordered. The staff member even acknowledged that they did not have the tires my car needs in stock. This lack of professionalism and organization is unacceptable, and it feels like i was charged without any follow through on their end. I do not recommend Tire Warehouse based on this experience.
