    Went there to have my DRL bulbs changed. First I was told it was intricate and would have to be put on a lift. Not true. I told them I saw a video that says otherwise. Then was told it was $60. Per bulb. I said forget it ill take care of it. I know the bulbs are sold for half that. He said we'll, I have to mark them up. I said by doubling them? He then said he would charge me $45. Apiece that included labor. I said fine do it. Well, my car didn't get lifted and it took all of 5 minutes to do. When I got my paperwork it just says miscellaneous service at $139.97 each with a total of $279.94. Then a discount of $189.94 for a total of$90. So you're gonna tell me they were going to charge me almost $300. To change 2 bulbs? Yes, they would have had i not said something. I will not go back to monro in Franklin, NH again! Not to mention the attitude on the man that runs the place. Always mad at people for making an appointment online. Customer service is awful.
