- BLBreanna LeddyMar 17, 20265.0Have had to use a rental twice in the last 6 months (unfortunately due to accidents) and both experiences were very smooth and accommodating. The first time I was pleasantly surprised to learn they’d drop off & pick up my rental at the collision center. I paid for this one out of pocket with a GEICO discount, then learned my lesson and added rental coverage. Good thing I did because 3 months later during the storm that brought 2 feet of snow, mother nature had plans to put me in a rental again. I was worried this time wouldn’t be as smooth with GEICO and a further collision center involved; but it went just as smooth! Both times the cars were clean and functional for my needs.
