  Jo F was great to deal with. She knew the tires and what I needed for my truck. Even being shorthanded she managed to take care of the shop, phone and other clients coming in. I will say as a company, they have an issue with their service as far as calling in. You don’t speak to someone at the actual location. They are some where foreign and hardly speak English. When I needed a sticker the location near me didn’t do state inspections but one of the others 20 min away did, I made a appointment for a hour later drive there and the techs at the store informed me the hadn’t had a state inspector for a couple months. I was obviously not happy but knew it wasn’t their fault, I knew I hadn’t spoke to anyone at the facility. I think a lot of the reviews on here that are negative are due to this problem and not the actual employees at the shop, which is unfortunate because they are the ones to answer for it.

  Was sent here for a in-network repair. They aren’t really in-network considering they can’t seem to work with the company or provide support to help their customer other then dragging their feet making you basically do all the work since they don’t like working with the company. I had to have them diagnose the tire and basically waited a hour even though the dry rot was a clear given…. Decided after days of waiting and the approval of basically the cheapest tires you can find which they didn’t inform me of this. To go somewhere else. They left me with a parting gift to and damaged my rims.

  Excellent service got me right in for a slow leak and recalibrating my tire sensors. Very quick and very fair price. I’ll definitely be back when I need tires again. Thanks

  I had a 7:30 am appointment and was there by 7:20. No one showed up until 8:10 am. I am now an hour late for work with not even a sorry from the manager. I will never go back to this location again.

  I scheduled an appointment nearly a week in advance for tire replacement and an alignment. The shop confirmed this appointment twice via email and text, and I specified exactly which tires I wanted when I scheduled the appointment. Despite the confirmations, when my husband arrived today, the tires I requested were not available. At no point was I informed that I needed to call again to “re-confirm” the tire selection. The responsibility for having the ordered product available at the scheduled time rests with the business especially after multiple confirmations. What concerns me further is that, instead of honoring the originally requested tires and their pricing, the staff attempted to upsell more expensive options without offering to price-match the tires I had already selected. This practice closely resembles what consumer protection laws refer to as “bait-and-switch” tactics advertising or confirming one product, only to steer the customer toward a higher-priced alternative when they arrive. I want to add to be transparent, the business then offered tires they stated were comparable to the original tires I ordered, after a quick search, they were in fact not comparable. This experience was unprofessional, misleading, and a significant inconvenience. I expect businesses to honor confirmed appointments, have requested products available, and maintain transparent pricing practices.
