For the perhaps the past 10 years I have been renting a car each year from Enterprise in Exeter, NH. The service is usually good, but this year I would especially like to praise a young man named James Morse who is an Assistant Branch Manager there. Although I am an elderly woman and unused to some of the modern features on cars today, he seemed very experienced in providing just the right car for me and was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient explaining several features of my rented car to me. When I return to Exeter next year I will certainly ask for him to assist me, or if he is not there, hear that he has been promoted!
