When you're paying around 100 bucks for an oil change, it should be included. Especially this time of year, when fluid is a safety concern.

Seems like the tech went and checked on the air filter condition along with the coolant level (though made mention the cap was off but no harm no foul). Afterwards the vehicle was having all sorts of issues with the cluster lighting up indicating multiple faults, rough while running, and stalling out. Ultimately I was able to find that the tech hadn’t seated the air filter cover back onto the base properly as noted in the pictures. Thankfully I found it before I started dumping money into this. How….how does this happen? Worse part is the two screws on the passenger side were in properly which makes it all the more baffling that that hard plastic was somehow twisted to be misaligned. I almost think it would’ve require more effort not to seat it right and secure it. Now I have to make sure the code clears and there is no longer lasting damage. I get it, mistakes happen but this was a totally avoidable headache imo caused by either laziness, apathy, or inexperience.

I did not care about the time they would be finished everyone there was professional and not complaining like most places do if you get there towards closing time.

My husband checked underneath and saw it was leaking from the filter. He brought it in right away and the guy who helped him was extremely rude for no reason like it was my husband’s fault the tech didn’t tighten something up. Definitely will be doing our business else where.
