I did not care about the time they would be finished everyone there was professional and not complaining like most places do if you get there towards closing time.

My husband checked underneath and saw it was leaking from the filter. He brought it in right away and the guy who helped him was extremely rude for no reason like it was my husband’s fault the tech didn’t tighten something up. Definitely will be doing our business else where.

After being talked down to because I questioned the price about changing headlights that I was qouted differently over the phone. Jason was very rude. I was just asking if it was a more expensive bulb or something then whatI was qouted over the phone. I told him to forget it because of his attitude and the way I was being talked down to and treated. Very poor customer service!! Thanks anyways I replaced it myself. Never again!!!

I gave a bad review because I heard what I’m assuming is the owner or manager harshly yell at all of them over a mistake made and said “the next person who does this is getting FIRED” VERY loud and right in front of me. Talk about unprofessional. There is a time and place to correct employees and to dehumanize them like that in front of customers was quite frankly disgusting. They were all very nice and no one deserves to be spoken to like that. I hope the manager can take this as a reflection to watch the way he speaks to his employees, ESPECIALLY when a paying customer is sitting RIGHT THERE. I don’t care how old you are, what your position is, or if you even own the place, have respect and act like an adult. No one wants to hear that and I’m sure as hell no one wants to be treated like that. Do better, will be reaching out to corporate to ensure this does not happen again.
