I heard mention of one employee calling out, one just not showing up and one who had to leave early for a personal issue. With over 20 scheduled appointments, walk-ins were being turned away and/or walking away. I like Sullivan for tires and maintenance but beyond that, I'd recommend using a dealer for major repairs. The Sullivan mechanics are skilled but they don't know your car like dealers' shops do. Perhaps they (mechanics) could hang professional course completions / certifications where they are visible to the consumer - as a confidence boost?

Either or terrible place. Ripped me off for 727.00 and 2 dats later drove back with the same stalling problem. Pretty much said it was out of their hands. Terrible place, witnessed rudeness over the phone with other customer and basically stay away!
