  My tire had a screw sticking out of it - I was traveling through the area and stopped here for help. The service department was so helpful and put the spare on my car at NO charge! Wow… I was so impressed- I was able to make it home without a problem. Thank you - great customer service!

  Worst experience ever. Did not fix what they said was wrong, either pretending to know what they were doing or deliberately screwing their customers. Either or terrible place. Ripped me off for 727.00 and 2 dats later drove back with the same stalling problem. Pretty much said it was out of their hands. Terrible place, witnessed rudeness over the phone with other customer and basically stay away!

  Disappointing, disgusting, misogynistic, and abusive practices. My elderly father made the mistake of visiting this location to have a puncture tire repaired. Although I understand, the location of the puncture resulted in him having to have a new tire installed, the car has less than 8000 miles on it. Per this location’s measurements, the car had 6/32 of tread remaining. Per corporate policies, all tires must be replaced if there’s Less than 7/32 tread remaining. Although I understand that the car may drive Differently with different red heights, this was something that my father was willing to accept. The assistant manager, Michael, flatly refused to replace a single tire and insisted that he purchased four new tires. The service manager, Zachary, said that he could put the tire on the rim and then my father could take it elsewhere to have it mounted. This was an acceptable solution to my father. Unfortunately, my father was then made to wait for over two hours for this process to occur. When I called to inquire as to why everything was taking so long, I spoke with Michael, who quite literally hung up the phone on me. When I arrived in person, he said that i was screaming at him on the phone. This is completely untrue as I was at my place of unemployment and literally have dozens of witnesses. I never even so much as raised my voice. While trying to resolve the matter with Michael, he continued to smirk and belittle me the entire conversation. I strongly recommend people who are are female or elderly, seek assistance with their vehicles elsewhere. The policies are questionable at best, and employees like Michael put it over the top. I am extremely disappointed and angered by my experience at this location. I do not recommend this location to anyone for any reason.

  I’ve had positive experiences with Sullivan Tire in the past when booking appointments and using a variety of their services. However, my recent call with Mike (or Michael) was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. He came across as rude, condescending, and misogynistic. From what I’ve read in other reviews, this seems to be part of a larger issue with how women are treated here. If you’re female, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. While the business overall provides quality work, I no longer feel comfortable coming back. If they improve their customer service and communication skills, I’m sure others may have better experiences than mine.

  Michael and his crew were great! I discovered a screw in my tire a little before 5PM. Gave them a call and they said I could come leave the car for the next day. When I got there at 5:30 to drop the car for the morning, they ended up taking it in and repairing the tire right away! Very helpful and friendly, and saved me from a whole bunch of logistical issues if I’d had to leave my car. So appreciated!
