  The warranty was honored on tires which were 15 months earlier. The technicians explained and new tires were installed.

  The service at the Derry, NH location is amazing. I didn’t wait more than five minutes for service. I had my tires rotated, which I bought from you folks in the fall. And then I came back the following day so they could tighten the lug nuts. They also checked my air pressure in all the tires. Everybody was friendly, polite, very accommodating. This is a very well run business. Thank you.

  Very professional group that help with the initial plugging of a tire and then selecting new tires. Did a great job

  Tire Warehouse in Derry took me in with very little notice. When I called they set me an appointment for an hour later. They didn't try to upsell me on other services. They replaced my tires in under an hour. Overall fantastic service!

  I called the store to confirm availability of the 4 new tires I want. Spoke to Keith at Derry NH store, ordered 4 tires (avail in 1 day) and booked appointment for a week out. I showed up on time 9:30 AM Sunday and they had no tires and no record of my appointment. Keith is store manager, not there on Sunday. I asked that he call me on Monday to explain. He did not call.
