- CGCasey GurleyFeb 26, 20261.0The computer to this thing never shuts off and killed the battery in my car causing it to send a dead battery code to intoxalock costing me hundreds of dollars between the replacement battery and the fine from intoxalock. then on the removal of the machine they claimed they were going to cover 100% of the removal fee for the device where the shop charges 195 intoxalock only paid 150 costing me more money then I should have had to pay, also they give there shops a hard time paying them as well. If you have a remote start in your car prior to getting this device they will force you to remove it then when you get this device removed from your car they will refuse to reinstall it unless you pay there shop there hourly rate to do so and we all know that results in a minimum 1-2 hr bill at anywhere from 150 a hour and up depending on the shop. This company sucks in my honest opinion.
