To many mistakes wrong parts given multiple times now. Expected me to take my brakes apart to return two brake pads because they gave me three of the same pads on a set of front pads. Then hung up on me won’t go back O’reilly is much better to deal with

Awful experience with getting a refund over store credit. Kid behind counter named Alix was super impatient and was not helpful whatsoever. Wouldn't be back to deal with that type of customer service. At first he refused me anything besides store credit, until I explained that they had forgot to give me a receipt in the very first place. So, rudely he told me "he wasnt the one who checked me out" and the other associate who apparently was the manager, who forgot the receipt, ended up giving the refund after the whole hassle. Customer service requires patience and service, not being dismissive and rude and telling the customer they are the problem. Won't be back

Five stars isn’t enough.
Alix C. at the Derry AutoZone went above and beyond helping me with my vehicle. Out of a lifetime of visiting AutoZones, this was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had. Alix was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road.
You don’t always expect that level of service at a chain store—but Alix set a new standard. Give this person a raise ;)

These guys are the best! Super friendly and helpful. Can’t say the same about the Advanced Auto Parts in Londonderry. Logan is the MAN! Always willing to help and make you feel respected. Good group of guys there.
