  Went for two tires, they called and told me they were in. But only one was, so they mounted and balanced a single tire. And between the two appointments the tire went flat. I had to air it up twice. Then I told them to look at it, and apparently they did not. But they put the second tire on. And charged me full price both times. I might not be bringing my vehicles to tire warehouse again. The team was pretty friendly though, although they stripped out a lug nut on my truck and proceeded to tell me they didn’t know how it happened.

  Went to swap tires from snow to spring/summer ones that I brought. The guys working forgot to put snow tires back in my car and I almost drove away without them. Also, they forgot to put a cap back on one of my valves. They checked my battery but forgot to put the cap back on the positive terminal. Had an appointment and waited for almost 2 hours for the tire swap.

  I bought my tires here and they include free tire rotations. I show up when it is time. They either have time, or, tell me when I can come back. Very friendly also.

  I unfortunately had a large metal object in one of my almost new tires.The guys at Tire Warehouse were awesome! Super helpful. Super friendly! And they were able to patch it! Will definitely talk to them when I need tires or tire related services again.
