There were two cars in each bay lined up other than Bay 1 and no one coming out to direct where to go so I went in bay 1 to even it all out. About 20 minutes later I was asked to move to Bay 4 so that the truck who was waiting in Bay 4 could take my spot because they were technically there a few minutes before me. I obliged, no big deal. 45 minutes later I still had not been serviced and two other vehicles who arrived after me had. The car in front of me had it's hood open for at least 45 minutes, no workers around them and still wasn't done. Total time about an hour and no oil change so I left. Not sure who is managing what there but they need some tips in customer service and workflow. Very inept.

Looked at my receipt the following day and noticed no charge for coolant. Went out to my car to discover it was never put in. I’m grateful I checked it myself before my radiator was damaged.

I've had oil changes here, air filter change, cabin filter, front light bulb change Thanks Guys!!! : ) Bossman should supply them free beverages all week, it's unheard of for staff to be friendly, EVERY visit!!! Just saying....
