  they were VERY thorough and i had a coupon for a 29.99 oil change and they said that it would not be good for my engine so i got a synthetic oil change instead and they changed a brake bulb for me as well

  I need more stars and way more praise for how helpful Nick was during my visit. My car died just before the entrance to the garages. Nick tried to jump/recharge it multiple times, but ended up having to physically move my car and replace the battery in the freezing weather. Then I had a flawless oil change, with really clear communication about why my car actually needed vs what was recommended. Nick saved my day, and I am beyond grateful for the incredible service I received. I’ve already had a few good experiences here, but Nick stepping up and not making me feel bad during an incredibly embarrassing break down truly solidified my loyalty.

  Not honest facility. First, right when I pulled in they checked off that they looked at my AC and said it was “good.” I called the woman out on it, asking why she did that when they never looked at it, she apologized and fixed it. Next, they said my coolant was “empty, and that’s why my car was burning oil.” So I said please fill it, however when they did it only took half a quart - while my car radiator fluid capacity is over a gallon. 3) I asked for, and charges, for synthetic oil for my Honda Civic 2023. According to Honda, that oil type should be changed every 7,500 to 10,000. Yet the sticker they gave me said I needed an oil change in 3000 miles. When I pointed out the issue, multiple employees defended that synthetic oil needs to be changed every 3000 miles - just BSed me - one guy growing visibly angry at me for questioning it. Not cool - this is my car, a life line, and I brought it in for a standard, stress free oil change. I walked away being told service were done that were not, upcharged when I got coolant that was not needed and then lied to when I was told my oil needed to be changed a lot sooner than it needs to be. It makes me question if they put the right oil in at all… Ive been a Valvoline man for 20+ years and now I question their ability and their honesty. I’ll be staying away from this spot moving forward.

  Got the full synthetic oil and filter changed. They asked me if I wanted the battery cleaned. I said yes. 3 weeks later my wife is stranded in subzero temperatures with a dead battery. When she opened the hood I saw they never cleaned the battery. They even left their wire brush on top of the engine. When I called them and asked what they were going to do they said they will review the video in the garage and call me back. Still haven’t heard anything back from them yet. My wife froze to death waiting for help. I’m furious about this entire shameful lip service. I will be escalating this to the courts.

  It was a very cold day in Concord.. Kim braved the elements to greet me and point me into the bay where the oil change would be performed. She. Trevor, and Matt got me in and out of there in a jiffy.. (sort of speak).. I appreciated Trevor and Matt for dealing with my cold, snow & ice covered car, the day after a lengthy snow storm in Concord. I have been a Jiffy Lube customer,since owning my Chevy Malibu in April 2025. Never used the service with prior owned vehicles. I enjoy the service, the professionalism, and hearing the safety protocols.. (I work for a railroad, so I completely understand the safety culture!) In short, I will be back 5000 miles down (or so) for the next oil change ! Thanks to Kim, Trevor, and Matt for taking care of the Chevy ! Jay
