  walked in with a large pepperoni pizza for employees and told manager how meticulous I am about wheels. They were spotless. Left with a heavy scratch in two wheels, a smaller scratch on third wheel and scuff marks on fourth. 4 different tire pressures to boot. NEVER, EVER, WILL I OR ANYONE I KNOW GO TO A TIRE WAREHOUSE ANYWHERE!! ABSOLUTE CARELESSNESS. 💯

  Scheduled an appointment ahead online, and when I arrived they didn’t even have me scheduled. The tires I picked out online on the tire warehouse website, at that location I went to where $75 per tire. When I arrived they told me they where $110 per tire.

  Great experience! The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and professional, and my tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes. I was asked to come back the next day so they could check that the lug nuts were secure, but have not been able to return yet due to the ice storm. Will be back as soon as I can get out of my driveway.

  I scheduled an appt to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. I was super thankful when I was told they had availability for that afternoon. I was told the cost was $30.99 per tire. $123.96. Not that bad. A little more expensive than our local shop. But again, super happy to be able to have a same day appointment. I almost swallowed my tongue when my actual bill came out to be $193.98! HOW?!! I even took my old tires home! Again super happy to have a same day appointment. Not super happy to be over charged by $70+! When I told the mechanic that I was told it was supposed to be 30.99/tire prior to making the appointment, He stated they hire people over seas to do their scheduling and they know nothing about their prices. Rest assure I will not be going back.

  When you call, you get an answering service based overseas. The only problem with that is, they have no idea how the local business actually works. You think you’re getting an appointment but then you show up for said appointment and the grumpy man who I believe is the service manager says you don’t, because the call center stacks appointments on top of appointments. Some of us have no choice but to do these things by appointment because we have other things to do and only one car. So that doesn’t work for me. We showed up for a 1:00 appointment only to be told it could be anywhere from 1-7pm when they finish, and that the alignment the call center said we could get might not even happen. So now this is turning into maybe multiple days. I know overseas help is more cost effective, but I feel that customer satisfaction would be higher (not to mention employee morale!) If they’d hire someone local who needs the work AND knows the inner workings of the business. I got what I paid for but I won’t be back because honestly the grumpy man’s customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. But again, I can’t really blame him. It’s a mess there and he’s constantly having to tell people that what they were told by the call center isn’t accurate. I’d be grumpy too. It’s just a bad experience that rubbed me the wrong way and I don’t need that in my life. Also, the grumpy man REFUSES to give any kind of price over the phone. Not even a ballpark estimate. So I am supposed to show up, wait all day to let them look at my tires, then give me a price I might not even be able to pay that day. I need to be able to plan these things out. Not everyone has the budget for that. It’s way more frustration than it’s worth.
