When they did the oil change they cross-threaded the oil plug and now I just had to have a whole new oil pan replaced because of the damage done. I do not understand how a mechanic can do such a thing and not notice or tell the customer that they have done damage to their vehicle I called and talked to somebody yesterday and let them know what happened and they didn't seem too interested. In fact the man that answered simply said thank you and hung up on me. That was the one and only time I will ever use Jiffy Lube. I do not understand how places like this even stay in business. Thanks for costing me money that I didn't have to spend in the first place because the ship shod workmanship.
