When my 158,000 car decided to spit out the nipple on the bottom of the radiator that cools the transmission fluid, I barely limped into my Goodyear from 1/2 mile away. Ken quickly diagnosed the problem on the lift , prepared an estimate and moved to a quick resolution. I’m a “happy camper” AGAIN …..

That would make sense if I wanted a tire with a bigger diameter but I just wanted one literally 10 millimeters wider than my other side, just to get my car going for the next week or so. Essentially said I had to put on two tires or no tires and you know Goodyear is charging at least 150 a tire… Got to love these shops that only stick to their guns when they have you over a barrel.
- RWRobert WernerSep 11, 20255.0Yesterday, I went in to get the oil & filter on my Mazda 3 changed. I also asked them to investigate a slow leak I was experiencing with one of my tires. And finally I asked them to do their standard inspection of all aspects of the car. Turned out that the leaking tire had a nail in the sidewall, which prevented it from being repaired. The manager, Steve, scrambled and was able to get me 2 replacement tires later that day. This allowed me to drive the one hour back to Lincoln, NH on new tires and not the temporary donut spare wheel. I so appreciate the professionalism and extra effort Steve and his team made to help me out!
