  I called in for an urgent grinding sound on my tire in the middle of a snowstorm, saturday, 1/17/26 and Jim who answered the phone was absolutely amazing, caring and kind and got me in just to be sure I was safe.And in the end, it was all great news.And they provided a service, no cost.I couldn't have asked for anything better! I will one hundred percent go right back to them for service! Thanks so much, for being a positive in my day! Shan

  Just had an oil change and my tires rotated here. I’ve bought multiple sets of tires from this location and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Clean, fast, and friendly. Definitely top shelf customer service. Thanks guys!

  I'm not sure if there's more than one Goodyear in Concord so this is regarding the one on South Main St. I also apologize that this will be wordy. I was on I93 on my way to an appointment when my low tire indicator came on. As usual I panicked as I was coming from Tilton, and as I couldn't tell how low due to the dashboard indicator wasn't functioning to tell me the pressure. I don't know much about this area of Concord so I stopped at closest gas station to put air, but it didn't need much plus I'm not sure how to use these. I didn't have a manual tire pressure gauge to check. The indicator light was flashing still but I didn't know how to reset. I nice gentleman directed me to Goodyear which was just a mile down the road. I was preparing to be dealt with negatively as a woman with a sales attempt for a new tire when perhaps it just needed to be patched. I am used to my regular autoshop I go to who are very respectful and fair and I didn't expect the same treatment. I spoke with a gentleman named KEN at the counter, bracing myself. He was very nice and directed me to go to one of the bay doors. He checked the tires but there wasn't any issue with the tires, just a little on the low side but I wasn't able to tell without a functioning panel indicator. He "topped" off the air on all four tires and went to try to reset but had trouble with that because it wasn't where he normally would find it if I understood correctly (it's a 2017 car). But he didn't want to leave it at that. KEN was like a man on a mission to determined to cover all bases! Since I told him that the tire pressure indicator wasn't working he seemed sure of what the issue was. He got a tool to check the tire pressure sensors and found the culprit, a bad sensor! He did indicate they aren't cheap to replace. I asked if the car was still safe to use and was told yes but recommended that I would need to regularly check the pressure. KEN was absolutely amazing!! When the time comes that I need new tires, or other tire related issues come up I know exactly where I want to go if KEN is still there! You have gained a future customer. Thank you so much KEN!!
