I have rented here the last four times, so I am a new customer, not a huge customer. On the current rental the plane came in late delaying the pickup. I called the office and I spoke to the manager, who I believe was Collin. In turn he left a note for Cooper, to do an early morning pickup at my house, and was 5 minutes early. I can't say anything but great things about the whole office. Thanks, Ron K
