I spoke to Josh. He got my number and called me back within 5 minutes. He had arranged for the store’s driver to go get one from the Manchester store, even though her shift had just ended. My truck was stranded a couple miles away, but Josh installed both batteries, in the cold, in the dark, in no time, using all the right tools and tricks for a complicated installation. It’s the sort of amazing service that you seldom see these days, especially from a national retail chain. I used to mostly shop O’Reilly’s, but I’m a forever customer of Autozone now.
