  Location was great if not a little seedy. People were friendly and seemed to be enjoying the work. They should keep in mind that people can hear the swearing while i dont mind it there were people in the lobby clearly uncomfortable with what they could clearly hear. My chief complaint comes chiefly from their unacceptable reservation system. How can you route me to a forign call center promise me an appointment in 30 min only for me to show up to an empty store with the guy behind the desk deadpan say they were too busy and i needed to come back tomorrow and that the reservation people cant actually shedual real appointments. If they werent the less expensive option i would have gone elsewhere. In 2025 this is unacceptable for any size company. I arrive the next day 15 min before my appointment and the lobby is flooded with people and i waited 15 min for someone to come out and try to put me on hold in the lobby i told them i needed to leave and they took my keys and i left when i came back 30 min later my keys were still on counter with no employee around so anyone could have walked off with my car in that time.

  I booked my appointment, didn't have all the answers they need so I told them I would call them back. Tried to call them back 7 times that day and no one answered the phone. Stopped in on my way home to give the information. Told them it was a fleet car. Went in today for my appointment. I waited for 30 minutes while the guy at the desk painfully helped the customer in front of me with his fleet vehicle. When I finally got to the desk. I pulled out my fleet card and told him it was fleet and he looked me in the eye and told me doesn't know what to do with that. And would not help. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back

  Claremont, NH 03743 I have been using Tire Warehouse for 7yrs. In that span of time the Manager, Assistant Manager, and Technicians, continue to be considerate, and they always treat me kindness. They strive to give me the best quality and the most affordable pricing and I can always get an appointment within a week. Also, in that time the business has the same employees as when I walked in their door in 2018. Thanks guys! Roger

  spent quite a bit of time figuring out the tires that I wanted to have mounted on my vehicle before scheduling an appointment made the appointment online received the confirmation for the appointment, then I arrived a little early and stated so to the employee (think he was the manager) he said they were booked out through mid December and didn't even have any snow tires in stock that would fit my vehicle, needless to say I'm a bit unhappy with the website after they confirmed the appointment and said nothing about not having the tires I picked in stock not to mention no snows at all, totally ridiculous , I will pass the word about my non appointment I made. I will be calling your corporate office to explain verbally. I guess I can pick service not listed, Had to pick a star to upload, but it would actually be zero and not on the location but all about the website that should be fixed
