At the appointment I was told that they did not in fact have any winter tires in the size I needed. Okay, I told them all season tires were fine. I did not really have a choice, the wear bars on my current set of tires were showing. Momo, the new manager, who told me he "has been there only two weeks," and his crew then went into the warehouse and found a full set of tires and proceeded to install them on my car. The problems he was having with the inventory was probably due to the previous manager. The customer waiting area was a lot more open than I had ever seen in the past. There were also a lot more chairs for customers to sit in instead of stacks of tires. To upper management, Momo and crew should get a raise if possible. They went far far beyond what most places normally would have done. Momo to you and your crew as one mechanic to another you really did me a solid and I will not forget that. Doug
