The item was completely unused and in its original packaging. Despite bringing it back within 24 hours, the store refused to accept the return. There was no attempt to offer a solution, no flexibility, and no effort to provide reasonable customer service. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior I encountered. When I explained the issue, the employee assisting me laughed. Being laughed at while trying to resolve a straightforward matter is unacceptable and highly disrespectful. Clear communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy should be standard in any business. Let’s see what attorneys general and consumer rights have to say about practices like this. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. This experience reflects poorly on the store’s customer service standards. I expected accountability and professionalism; instead, I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.

Extremely personable and very pleasant to work with. Asked all the right questions to find us what we were looking for. He did just that. Be carefully prepare yourself for the quick switch and pressure to buy a extended warranty.They slipped in a tire warranty for 750 it only had 2 tires. I did not ask for it. They charged for Title but didn't have theTttle nor did the bank had a hard time registering. Then I found out that there was a broken wall that they just Put a bracket not fixing it. The worst place I have dealt with in 50 yrs of camping.
