    I waited so long to leave this review because I was worried about retaliation from their service department as in my opinion, they seem like the type of people that would. I will try to make this as short as possible because this story is quite amazing and Not in a good way! We my wife and I, went there on April 28 of 2023 to purchase an RV And as we're going through the extended warranty parts of the purchasing process, we were informed that the person that went to go gas up the vehicle actually slammed into another vehicle right on the lot. I didn't even know this type of thing was possible to happen, but it sure did and the craziest thing about it is all they did was just look at us with dead silence and asked us what we wanted to do after we found out our brand new RV purchase is already damaged significantly. The worst part about it the guy that did this was hiding inside the building and would not come out to face us to talk about it. This is beyond unprofessional and disturbing to say the least. We went on to still purchase the RV under the condition that they would repair the damages, which ultimately ended up taking about six months incredibly. They barely offered us anything for this major inconvenience, and the only thing they did offer us was a slight discount on one of the many extended warranties that we purchased. We went back about a year and a half later to get some service done there for an existing issue and I was harassed by the service department employee pressuring me to leave a good review to their service department and the RV camping world facility in general because he told me"we have families to support and we really need people to start leaving us good reviews "I must admit this place is the most horrible unprofessional attitude filled business that I have ever experienced in my 56 years in this life. The only reason I'm leaving this message now finally is because I'm not worried about retaliation because I am never going to that facility ever again.

    Finance people didn't have a clue . Couldn't figure a easy solution. To a question like dealing with a 5 year old. The sales man couldn't figure out any thing. Didn't even know n ow where certains units were located. Then back to the finance part what a joke

    With 5 days before our first big trip of the season our fridge died. If you have an rv you know how impossible it is to get an appointment in new england in april and may, let alone a quick turnaround. This camping world had my appointment set, new fridge installed, and old fridge tossed in 2 days. And they did it for an impressively affordable price too. Not only that but every single person there was extremely nice, anxious to help me, and extremely competent. A special shout out to Nick for quarterbacking this through so quickly and thoroughly. In the rv world you always hear that you need to avoid Camping World. I’m very thankful to say that at least for this location, that cannot be further from the truth. We’d be going 3 weeks without a fridge if it wasnt for Nick and everybody here. I’d easily trust this camping world with anything i may need
