  Superb! Randy Elder, the manager, and Devin are awesome. Not only did they diagnose and resolve my spark plug issues, they also gave me some much needed advice. I have been dealing with very expensive ongoing problems with my vehicle, desperately looking for answers and the most economical way to handle them. Originally, I went to the dealership to resolve these issues. $7k and less than a year later, the check engine light went on and something seemed very wrong. I immediately took the car to Sullivan for diagnostics. Randy went above and beyond, explaining things to me the dealership service department neglected last year. Long story short, with the information and service Sullivan provided, I was able to go back to the dealership and hold them accountable for issues they should have and could have caught. These guys are honest, hard working dudes. You all deserve a raise! I’m so grateful.

  Randy was fantastic. He picked up on our front end issues that no other shop or VW dealership caught. We really appreciated the time he took to explain what was wrong and to even show us in the parking lot. We have been a customer now for a few years since you all moved to Brentwood and have been very happy with the service and tires purchased.

  Took my Jeep here for an alignment. They did a great job, fast, at a reasonable price. They were very kind and courteous.

  My husband and I dropped my car off to have 4 tires done plus an alignment. Our appointment was at 10 am. By 1pm we had not heard anything and had called to check in with the staff. They stated that the car would not be done till 4pm.. 5pm at the latest. At 5pm we arrived at Sullivan to find my car in the same parking spot with nothing done to it. We went inside to have them tell us that my car would not be ready till after 630pm. This was not communicated which really frustrated us because we wasted time and gas multiple times to have my car not done. This company lacks communication with its customers and they have lost 2 customers from their services. We will not be returning to this location ever again.
