- AKAshley KustraNov 24, 20251.0My husband and I dropped my car off to have 4 tires done plus an alignment. Our appointment was at 10 am. By 1pm we had not heard anything and had called to check in with the staff. They stated that the car would not be done till 4pm.. 5pm at the latest. At 5pm we arrived at Sullivan to find my car in the same parking spot with nothing done to it. We went inside to have them tell us that my car would not be ready till after 630pm. This was not communicated which really frustrated us because we wasted time and gas multiple times to have my car not done. This company lacks communication with its customers and they have lost 2 customers from their services. We will not be returning to this location ever again.
