  I don’t typically write reviews, but this experience was worth sharing. I brought my 2019 Ford Raptor to Sullivan Tire for a new set of tires. Given the size of the tires on this truck, I knew it might be a bit more involved than usual. Initially, a set of BFG KO3s was installed, but they would not balance properly. The team immediately took the truck back and replaced them with KO2s, which unfortunately had the same issue. At that point, I briefly considered whether the issue might be related to equipment or installation, so I took the truck to another shop for a second opinion. They performed a road force test and determined that multiple tires were defective. Throughout this entire process, Steve at Sullivan Tire was exceptional. He stayed involved every step of the way, consistently demonstrating professionalism, patience, and clear communication. He took the situation seriously and worked diligently to find a solution. Following the manufacturer’s guidance, Steve sourced and installed a set of BFG tires specifically designed for Ford trucks. When those also failed to balance, he escalated the issue to management. With their approval, he then installed a set of Falken Wildpeak tires—which finally balanced perfectly. After multiple attempts and a significant investment of time, my truck now rides exactly as it should. What stood out most was the level of customer service. Steve remained courteous, professional, and committed to getting it right from start to finish. That level of dedication is not something you see every day. This experience made two things very clear: Sullivan Tire stands behind their work, and Steve is a true professional who takes pride in delivering excellent service. They’ve earned my business for the long term. Thank you to Steve and the entire Sullivan Tire team.

  Not your fancy pants dealership is why I go here and have for all my memory. Honest and reliable. No fuss, no bs. Have saved me and my family hundreds if not thousands through the years. Also the advice I've gotten from Steve many times is invaluable. Couldn't be a bigger fan.

  Excellent, professional, service. Moved up my installation of new snow tires so I'd have them on for the first snow of the season. Always great service.

  Fast and courteous service. I just wish I had known the great deal behind getting the tire extended warranty on BOTH the winter and summer tires. Awesome deal from Sullivan tire that will keep me as a long-term customer!!
