    Great experience! I called and spoke with Autumn who was friendly and informative. She helped me make an appointment for an oil change for my Discovery later in the week. I found the entire staff at the location to be friendly and welcoming. The free inspection (with a video texted to my phone) was informative and zero-pressure. The oil change took quite a bit longer than I expected and unfortunately there was a miscommunication between the quoted price and the actual charges. However, when I explained that to Brett, the very professional and kind gentleman who took care of me that day, he promptly went to his manager, Noah, and completely honored what I told them I was quoted; no debate, no accusations. I was extremely happy with them for that. Running a business honorably goes a long way with me and I hope the public knows the trustworthy way in which this location runs its business. Lastly, they did a superb job on the courtesy car wash. It was cleaner than any professional car wash I've ever had. If you have a Jaguar or Land Rover, I believe you can trust this business to treat you like they treated me. They earned me as a return customer.

    Do yourself a favor and just go to a different store!!! I own a Range Rover L405 and recently had an issue with my fuel level gauge. Very common issue the fuel level sending unit goes bad. So I ordered a fuel level sending unit for the main fuel pump. Got it from them my mechanic replaced it at the shop and the issue still remained so at this point I understand it’s the auxiliary fuel level sender unit that is bad. I called their parts department literally a few days later and said I already bought the main pump sensor and now I need to order the auxiliary one. They said ok we ordered it will see it in 2 days. I come pay for the second sensor, pick it up and proceed to bring it to my shop. AllData has this job at about an hour worth of work no lift need to access it. My mechanic brings the Range Rover into the shop and removes the seat and removes the auxiliary sender unit and when we open up the box guess what. They sold me another main sending unit not the one I requested. It’s Friday evening we can’t get another part until at least Tuesday the vehicle is in the middle of the shop and I’m screwed. Obviously they are closed already. I call another local store to see if anyone has it in stock so I can grab it Saturday morning and they say no one does. But quote me $176 for the part. So have my mechanic reassemble everything back so the vehicle can drive out. Order the new part from Bedford store and when I come to pick it up they charge me $202 for it. And I’m like hold on a second not only did your unprofessionalism cost me a lot of wasted labor but now you want to charge me more than the store next to you!!! That’s absolutely insane. Not a single I’m sorry we got you the wrong part. Just here pay more!!! So when I asked why I have to pay more at their Land Rover store then another one the exact response was - “ If you don’t like it, go buy it from the other store”!! Is that appropriate customer service? Is that appropriate attitude? I think not. So when you plan to spend $100,000+ on your next LandRover think about one thing. After the paperwork is signed and the smiles are gone will you be treated the same way?? if you don’t like something go to another store??

    The dealership has polite staff and the car appeared as advertised. However, their strict policy of not allowing deposits or any way to hold a vehicle made it impossible for me to safely purchase remotely. I was coming from a long distance and was actually the first person to inquire about the truck, which made the situation even more frustrating when it was ultimately sold to another buyer while I was trying to complete the purchase. I had even offered a non-refundable deposit to secure the truck, but they would not accept it. They also expected me to wire the full payment before seeing the vehicle, which is unreasonable for a used car—most buyers would not feel comfortable paying in full without inspecting it first. If you need flexibility to secure a car before seeing it, be aware that this dealership cannot accommodate that.

    You are now required to provide your vin number in order to schedule an appointment. Make sure you have thst handy if you want to call for an appointment.

    Everyone was very helpful and kind. My salesperson was Travis King. He was excellent. "The Money Man" Patrick was excellent also. They both were very patient and explained everything to me. Perfect experience at this Land Rover Bedford store! I'm looking forward to their help maintaining my new Range Rover.❤️
