  Monroe is the best place to get your car service, Chris omg at that shop is awesome his customer service is amazing. I was in and out and my car is perfect. They went above and beyond highly recommended them. Best shop in town. Thanks Chris

  I had to give it 1 star in order to post. I went for an oil change and the manager tried to talk me into doing additional maintenance to my vehicle. Tried to sell me 4 new tires, road safety package . I kept telling him I would check with my husband. He then showed me the air filters, which did have some pine needles and dust that could easily be removed. I ended up replacing them costing me $100 when they are only less than $20 each at Auto Zone, where he got them from. The new guy who has never worked on cars did my oil change and I was hoping someone was supervising him. He brought my car around and then remembered he didn’t do the air filters! When I got home and told my husband he looked under the hood and the compartment to the air filter wasn’t attached properly nor was it cleaned it. It was filthy!!!! The oil was over filled as well. Needless to say I won’t be going back to Munroe. I don’t like feeling pressured when I go get my oil changed or being taken advantage of. The manager is overly friendly and thinks he was doing me a big favor by taking $10 off the filters. Oh and the windshield fluid was not filled either. They had better come up with a checklist for the new guy if he’s going to make it working there!

  Had a great experience here with Chris and Tim last week for an oil change on my Ford. Friendly, amazing customer service 👌 Highly recommend...I'll be back!
