- AAAlexSep 14, 20251.0I would like to reiterate the other review. The heavy set lady that works here is the absolute worst person I’ve ever seen at customer service. She treats customers like they’re an inconvenience to her. She never smiles, never says “hello”, never greets customers, never says “thank you for coming in”…. Nothing… when you buy something, she scans it and sends then haphazardly throws it at you on the counter. I’ve bought a pack of smokes from this lady before, and in one instance she tossed them on the counter and they fell off behind me. The person waiting in line behind me picked them up for me, and she didn’t even apologize. Just glared and told me the price. And I know this isn’t an isolated incident, because she has behaved the same way to my wife and my daughter. She is an absolute stain on this place and should either receive some SERIOUS customer service training, or work somewhere where she doesn’t deal with customers. Or maybe work at a gym? Might help her out.
