- RRRandy RahnNov 1, 20255.0My intoxcalock does not Start when I blow and unit says start car sometimes I wait 45 minutes been doing this for 3 weeks now spent over 2 hours on the phone yesterday and still nothing changed I would not recommen this company find another I was also talking to a supervisor and she hung up on me which is when I was on a 2 hour plus call then you have to start all over again So now that my pickup ran all day yesterday due to the fact that the unit will work when it wants to I'm in my driveway and the first to start I was 25+ minutes waiting for it to start I call and I get "sorry but we can't help you" no shit been the same story for 3 weeks. Now I have equipment in the back which needs to go and I have to tow to the shop which os not the first time I had to and low and behold intoxcalock doesn't reminberment any tow so I will have to pay a tow to the shop and replace the unit I wanted to 3 weeks ago thanks for all your inconvenience intoxcalock Izaak helped me greatly ,appreciate your willing to listen to me and understand what was happening with the unit THANK YOU Don at auto sound solutions took time from his busy schedule and made time late afternoon to install a new intoxcalock system Thank you Don unit is now working as it should
