With no timeline for when a car might become available, I had no choice but to drive to Cheyenne, Wyoming, where the team was professional, helpful, and quickly provided me with a vehicle at the same rate. What made the situation worse was Enterprise corporate customer service. After reporting the issue, I received no callbacks, no email follow-up, and no resolution. The complete lack of accountability from corporate shows that the problem is bigger than just one branch. This experience left me with no confidence in Enterprise as a company. Update: With respect Michelle, I’ve already filed my complaint at the address that you shared below and I’ve heard nothing.
