They were very friendly as took all our contact information and were told the part would be waiting for us. When we arrived they could not find the part or any other information. After pushing and asking them to look through the order information on their PC, there I was with the order and my contact information. They had no explanation of why the part was not there nor why I was not contacted. Hopefully this is an isolated case since I will only have this one time relationship with this store. To me it seemed poorly managed.
