I honestly think they broke my windshield on purpose so id have to submit a claim for $1000 deductible and they could overcharge my insurance company for them not knowing what they are doing. Go to Galvin glass at least they stand by their work. Honesty integrity not apart of safelite motto SMH shame shame

After the repair noticed that the star was still there asked for them to replace "again" and they said that they could have someone out that afternoon. No Call No Show... Spoke with them again and asked for our money back on the chip repair and they said that they came out and no one answered the phone. We never rec'd a call and no one ever came in to grab the keys. Use Metro Glass or Glass Doctor and save yourself the headache. Complete waste of time!

He worked so fast and did an excellent job repairing and replacing my cracked windshield. What impressed me most was his attitude and work ethic—he completed everything efficiently despite horribly cold and windy conditions, without complaint. Truly outstanding service. I’m very grateful and would absolutely recommend Safelite because of this experience.

A second technician was called in after about 5 hours working on the window. Then I was informed that the window is in but the liftegate no longer functions. The Technician said "probably glass in the actuator" and that was not their issue. So the car was left with an inoperable liftgate and panels strewn all over the back of my car. I asked the technician to have his "boss" contact me. That was three days ago and no response. This is a totally unacceptable service and not what I have seen from Safelite in the past. Total lack of responsibility for their actions. I will never use Safelit again and I have so advised my Insurance company!!
