A bunch of young guys but they're all doing their jobs really well and they're very kind, even if they probs hate most of us that are coming in there lmao (speaking as a former customer-facing-jobs haver). I ordered a car the day before I was supposed to leave, & was then late to pick it up bc all that frikkin construction (my God) but they were still open and they got me a really nice Sentra. Then when I dropped it off I left 2 small things in there, I came late to see if I could pick them up from their lost and found, they were supposed to be closed again but the doors we're still open. Two boys sitting there & the one that helped me was really nice about it. GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE! Or a little Christmas bonus idk lol. I will probably only rent cars from this place from now on bc the airport is a ridiculous hassle and I can't even find the dang rental place atp. Thanks Enterprise in Ralston!

She pulled over to the access road next to Enterprise's drive and put on her hazards. She got out to check the tire and someone from Enterprise drove up, honked at her, cursed her and drove around her. A few minutes later, another person from Enterprise drove by, also cursing her. Four more people drove by and ignored her as they pulled into Enterprise. All of them were adult males. She obviously had three small children in the van. She pulled completely over to the side as far as she could and had her hazards on. What the heck more did these men want? When my husband pulled up to help her, two more cars flew by aggressively like they were being so inconveienced by her flat tire. It's so sad that so many people can be so inconsiderate, rude and lack any compassion for another human being in disress.
