  I had the most pleasant experience at the Ralston/Omaha local enterprise location. Breezy, Josh and Diego were very professional, and extremely friendly. I was frustrated at the airport was sold out, but I feel like I got much better service by coming to this location. Thanks, boys!

  I had a fantastic experience. Josh promptly picked me up and secured a vehicle for me and Breezy (think that was his name) walked me through the vehicle and inspection and provided information for add on services. Once I left the vehicle at the shop, I was promptly called to confirm vehicle was returned and deposit was returned. Everyone did a fantastic job from start to finish

  My wife had a rental reserved through insurance. She was scheduled to be picked up at the auto body shop at 9:30. They didn’t arrive until 10:30. And then the driver proceeded into the body shop to get some coffee making her wait even longer. On her way home from Enterprise she discovered that the vehicle was out of windshield wiper fluid and didn’t have a rear windshield wiper blade. This placed her in a very dangerous situation as she was on the interstate and it had snowed 8 inches overnight. She could barely see out of the windshield. This place is an absolute joke and should be avoided. Follow up….my wife followed up and contacted the person in the response link. She was told the regional manager would call her. That was well over a week ago…..maybe two. She never received a phone call. Furthermore, she was informed by the insurance company that Enterprise gave her an unauthorized upgrade which was more than the insurance company would cover. So now she’s stuck with paying what the insurance company didn’t authorize. I don’t know if all Enterprise locations are run this way, but this one’s horrible. I think it goes without saying that we’ll NEVER do business with Enterprise again.

  Awesome rental experience with Enterprise, needed a rental while my vehicle was in the shop for accident repairs. Enterprise picked me up from the shop and had a quick checkout procedure at location all done in the rental. Dropoff process was quick as well all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely rent from Enterprise again.
