The only thing I would like to recommend is that they let each customer know if there is a flat tire or something like that that is responsibility of the renter. If there is an engine problem or what have you then there is a phone number to reach out. That kind of information is great to know firsthand walking out the door what I need to take care of versus what Enterprise Rent-A-Car takes care of. It would probably also help eliminate a lot of phone calls Enterprise Rent-A-Car gets or receives if customers know when they're renting the car out the door what they are responsible for versus the rental service. I did give a higher rating because of the customer service but the car was dirty. There was not any trash basically but it had not been cleaned and I don't know how long. And that is pretty gross considering all the people that are in and out of their rental vehicles in post covid people have a higher standard of things being clean and sanitary these days.

A bunch of young guys but they're all doing their jobs really well and they're very kind, even if they probs hate most of us that are coming in there lmao (speaking as a former customer-facing-jobs haver). I ordered a car the day before I was supposed to leave, & was then late to pick it up bc all that frikkin construction (my God) but they were still open and they got me a really nice Sentra. Then when I dropped it off I left 2 small things in there, I came late to see if I could pick them up from their lost and found, they were supposed to be closed again but the doors we're still open. Two boys sitting there & the one that helped me was really nice about it. GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE! Or a little Christmas bonus idk lol. I will probably only rent cars from this place from now on bc the airport is a ridiculous hassle and I can't even find the dang rental place atp. Thanks Enterprise in Ralston!
