  Love making my regular stop at the Papillion Tommy's! My car drives away clean and the extra touches around the holdiays are nice too. Thanks to Jayden for the extra treats on Easter!

  Great car wash. There are lots of car washes in the area, and Ana and Jayden are just two examples of how customer service makes the difference. Always helpful and friendly, I've had nothing but good experiences with these two as I go through this particular car wash, and it keeps me coming back.

  I am very satisfied with my visit to Tommy's Express Car Wash. Jayden helped us and was very friendly; he provided excellent customer service! He deserves a raise! at papillon visit him.

  I had an issue at this location and left my original review, and within 15 minutes of leaving the review, the general manager Jose, called and explained the situation to me. So I wanted to update my review because it is clear that this location tries hard to provide good customer service. In all my years of leaving a review I have never had a business contact me that quickly. So if you have an issue the management at this location will definitely help you out. Would recommend this location and Tommy's Express in general. My car comes out looking great every time; as long as the car wash is working correctly.
