  They gave me a free car wash in the mail and tried to use it just now...has an expiration date...seriously. No car wash unless i wanted to pay $29! I just got it a couple weeks ago and just expired this week. As you can read in other 1 stars the customer service is awful there. Go some where else that cares about customer service, when they are making money off us the customers. Just thought I would add another comment based on the posting from Tommy! I'm very happy at Club CarWash as they have great customer service, better wash too! Plus they have better pricing! Not much more than those 2 things! Yes, your vacuums suck, salt sucks and Tommy _____'s!

  This location is the one that uses the least water to wash, even when paid for "the works". Probably 50% less than the other Tommy's locations

  Great quality wash with ceramic included. Easy entry into the tunnel with the belt-driven system. My SUV came out noticeably cleaner and glossier than H&H Shine Shop, likely because they don’t offer ceramic or graphene. The exterior results are impressive. My only suggestion would be adding an interior cleaning option. I’m currently trying the free one-month membership with the Works package. At the end of the month, I’ll be deciding between Tommy’s Express at $50/month for a superior exterior clean and H&H Shine Shop at $58/month, which includes a 10-minute interior cleaning. For shine and overall exterior quality, Tommy’s Express really stands out.
