  The service was amazing. They worked with me to make it affordable to get my brakes changed. With having a newborn and just getting back to work it was a great relief to be able to afford getting my brakes changed.

  They screwed up my trucks oil plug. They told me they were going to refund me my money never did. A total rip off

  Spent over $3000 on shocks struts brake pads, and a flush. Was very shoddy service. Vehicle doesn’t drive as well as it used to. Also do not use their credit service it is predatory they drop a 35% accrued interest charge on you after six months and there is no signage in any of their stores nor does the associate let you know about it. Good luck trying to pay it back.

  UPDATE: Thank you to the Brakes Plus management for taking this review seriously, not wasting time and correcting the issue. The response we received in the short time that we received it showed that they are willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy. They didnt just offer freebies trying to hush us up. They seemed legit concerned on how the employees at this location handled our service and are going to make sure that if we are willing to return that we will be glad we did. They went as far as offering to perform the services needed themselves to prove it. I can only hope that the original issue was an end of the day mistake and wasnt caused by the tech not caring. In the chance it was, after this I believe that the management will handle it appropriately. The management response is why we will consider using them for future service needs and also why we have changed the review from a 1 star to a 4 star. I hope the next review is a 5 star encouraging new customers to use their business! This was the first and only time using this location. Came in for an oil change. They charged $116.18 for an oil change and nothing else. If this wasnt bad enough, when backing the truck out of the driveway noticed a large spot of oil. Upon further inspection the oil drain plug was not even finger tight. We contacted this location and they said to bring it back. Walking in the man at the desk was rather careless that we had to take time out of our day to bring the truck back. He did not listen to us like he cared nor did he look at the photo proof i had that the plug was loose. He said staring at the computer that "they will see it when the pull it in" still the same careless attitude as he walked out. I told him I am smart enough to tighten the plug and make sure it had oil before bringing it too them to check it out. He went to the shop and came back a couple minutes later saying the oil plug was stripped and thats why it backed out. They would replace it at no charge. It wasnt stripped the first time they did it.. .funny..they did a super fast "complete" oil change on it in a few minutes, brought the truck back out handed us the keys and said "You SHOULD be good now. Overpriced oil change by careless employees who obviously dont believe in checking their work like other companies do.. Guess that explains why we were the only ones there at 5:00pm
