They literally pulled my car in, never looked at it, kept me there for an hour to then tell me oh it will be $99. I said well what's the code what's the issue? He again repeats himself. I said sir you literally kept my car for an hour but you literally aren't telling me anything. Why tell me you'll look at it for free then not do it to try to scam $99 from me? Trash service and I'll never give them my business again.

They were very helpful in explaining what my vehicle needs and an appropriate timeline for these repairs. They understood that I couldn't afford to take care of it all now.
