- RRRtasDec 13, 20255.0Posting for my mom, who doesn't have a Google acct: AMAZING SERVICE! I brought my truck in for a rumbling sound in the front axle. Another shop in town said it was a wheel bearing. Jeff, the manager and Josh got the truck in right away. While they were replacing the bearing, they were also able to upgrade my front brakes and rotors (which I needed done but hadn’t scheduled.) All of this without an appointment and at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, the rumble sound was still there. They brought the truck back in and started to investigate what was going on. Darrin set to work and found a few other issues which needed to be addressed and took care of those as they worked. SEVEN HOURS LATER Darrin and the guys found the problem. A small gasket had blown, which would have eventually led to my 4WD being disabled. Jeff showed me what they had found and explained the rumble and the repair(s) required. Many other places would have given up after a while and told me the rumble wasn’t a problem, or simply replaced the bearing and called it quits. Jeff, Josh, and Darren went WAY beyond expectations!! They knew my truck is vital in my small business, and kept working until they solved the problem. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable too! Brakes Plus at S 71st Plaza in Papillion is amazing, and I’m so grateful to them for going above and beyond to get me safely back to work. Thank you Jeff, Josh, and Darren!
