- CCChrisFeb 22, 20261.0I went in this evening to get my battery checked, and Chris was nice enough to help me out and he confirmed that the battery was bad. Easy enough I purchased a battery and asked him to replace it which he did. I have had two batteries replaced here in the past and Chris was hesitant initially until I mentioned it. However he was nice enough to come out and replace it for me. Granite he is new and wasn’t familiar with my car so I happily assisted, we got to a bolt that didn’t fit one of his tools so he went in to ask a guy with glasses about some help. I didn’t catch this guys name but from the moment we asked him for help he started berating me for having them change my battery instead of a mechanic. He came out and assisted but the whole time he was very rude about me having them change my battery instead of taking it to tires plus. It’s a Sunday evening and my car kept dying and tires plus doesn’t take walk ins. I was not going to call into work on Monday because I needed to wait this was horrible customer service on the one employee. Chris was kind enough to finish the job and send me on my way. I think the general manager of this store needs to have a talk with his staff about this service and either stop offering it or find people willing to assist.

I’ve been going to this location for 15 years but have had some recent situations where the employees working there are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will be going to a different location now that is being built closer to where I live.
