I’ve been going to this location for 15 years but have had some recent situations where the employees working there are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will be going to a different location now that is being built closer to where I live.

You are better off asking a child for help because the men at this store would rather stand at the counter and stare at their phones than actually do what their getting paid for. Got to the counter and the worker literally tells “WHAT” as though I needed permission to check out. I’m appalled. Proceeds to tell me there are self-checkouts. I mean you might as well bring in a robot. Checks me out but has the most rudest attitude while doing so. Not the first time this happens at this particular store. Other stores are always happy to help and have amazing people!
- DCDerek CrainDec 9, 20255.0David is the man. Went in late at night needing a socket to replace a broken key I had to remove a blown tire and wheel. It is not an easily accessible part. After a few minutes, he found me the perfect fit. I cannot express how much I appreciate David and this store. Brian was also present. He too was super friendly and helpful. Autozone Papillion for life. Thanks guys!
- AAA AJADec 7, 20251.00 customer courtesy, 0 customer help, and a big negative attitude toward people. I walked into the store to purchase a battery for my car. After I paid for the battery, I asked the guy who sold me the battery if they'd install it for me. He said he's down to one person and can't do it, yet there are three of them standing around and chatting away. I asked them for a 10 and 13 mm socket or wrenches to replace the battery myself. I was met with a very disgruntled attitude- it's almost they refuse to help or work. One of the employees there responded " don't you have your own tools" as he stands around and smacks his gum. Some people don't want to work and they shouldn't be, especially in a place that involves customer services.They can flatly refuse to provide services, if they don't want to work. I don't need your nasty attitude, I pay you, you don't pay me.
