- NONick OApr 3, 20261.0Had my daughter take her car in as we have been customers for over 10 years. She called me in frantic saying that her engine is bad because she had coolant in her oil. They sent her away telling her to get to a shop immediately. Having some doubt I told her to bring it home. Long story short the technician pulled her transmission stick thinking it was her oil. I then called back to confront and ask how something so simple could be missed. The unprofessional attitude of the manager was disgraceful. No empathy, no ownership, no willingness to do the right thing but further defended his technician. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, NOT THE SAME WITH NEW EMPLOYEES!!

But they also took my hood prop rod. I knew the bottom was broken, but it still worked. They popped it off and said I was missing one. Had to buy a new one, unsure how this is allowed at all.
