- MMMaryBeth McCathyMar 31, 20261.0My experience was horrible at this location. They will judge you based on your ethnicity on if they want to fix your windshield or not. I have insurance coverage and the crack was less than two inches. The front counter guy gets in your car lower your seat all the way to the ground and back due to his size drives it around the parking lot just to come back in and say we can’t service your vehicle with attitude. I will be contacting my insurance agency with the photos to dispute the incorrect visual inspection. Stop picking and choosing and treat every customer the same.

I elected to schedule an appointment as opposed to having them come to me. The website made it easy to schedule an appointment that was convenient to me. Post installation included a recommendation to replace my wipers but there was no pressure for the upsale and have them do it, which was nice. All warranty information, for the windshield and the camera recalibration was delivered through email.
