  I have been a rocket wash member since 2017 when they open the first one on 84th and Giles. They used to be a quality wash. Now no matter which one I visit. The car is rarely clean. There is always some sprayers that don’t work. They buff n shine thing never comes down. Car is always wet everywhere. Also they switched to rubber bristles to wash the vehicles with and they scratch the ever living crap out of my vehicles. They don’t spray bug or prewash on anymore. It’s gone down hill so far so fast. All the other washes have caught up and surpassed them. Tommy’s express is the new best in town.

  Staff behave in a rude and unprofessional manner. There is clear disrespect toward customers and possible discrimination based on nationality. Immediate action is required: investigate, train staff, and ensure respectful treatment of all customers.

  Great customer service! Justin in Fleet account sales is the only person to deal with for your work vehicle fleet! He is professional, prompt, and does what he says he is going to do! Won't use any other carwashes in town! Get your unlimited pass for your work vehicles from Justin and the team at Rocket Carwash!

  Love how conveniently located rocket carwashes are. Wherever i'm at in town I can get a quick wash! Their membership is affordable and easy to work with.

  Ghé Rocket Carwash ở Omaha hôm trước, thấy không gian rất sạch, thoải mái. Nhân viên thân thiện, chỉ hướng dẫn vài thao tác đơn giản là tự mình xử lý được. Xe thì sạch bóng, nhưng hơi tiếc là một số góc chưa được kỹ càng lắm. Nói chung, trải nghiệm thấy ổn. Nếu có thêm ít kỹ thuật tỉ mỉ hơn thì quá tuyệt. Hẹn lần sau quay lại kiểm chứng tiếp.
