  Celena was great !! do you know about all the amenities? She does!! They need to renovate this location and give Celena the tools She needs to be successful!!! I give her a five star on customer service and location wise a four star!

  Out of all the Rocket Carwashes, this one is the lowest on the totem pole... and spaces for interior cleaning are few. Please note, their service isn't bad, it's just a run down location with lots of bad concrete and garage doors that look busted. I am a Rocket Carwash member for 2 cars since last summer and all their other locations that I've been to are FAR superior to this one. I drive back and forth between Omaha and Lincoln multiple times a week and use many of their different locations. This location gives them a bad image.

  This location is sorely lacking in vacuums that work and doesn't have half of the utilities that the other locations have. My car is clean on the outside but not the inside because I couldn't use what was available
