  132nd and Dodge location We brought our 2016 Kia Sorento to Omaha Car Care for a diagnosis and repair of an engine timing-related issue. Based on that diagnosis, we approved a repair costing $3,758.61. Unfortunately, only a few weeks later, the vehicle began having very similar symptoms again, including loss of power and check engine concerns. What has been most frustrating for us has been not just the money spent, but also the amount of time without the vehicle and the lack of clarity as things continued. We were without the Sorento during the original repair, then had additional time tied up trying to determine next steps between Omaha Car Care and Kia, and still came away without a clear resolution. To their credit, Omaha Car Care did express a willingness to look at the vehicle again. However, the overall experience left us feeling that the original repair did not provide the confidence or lasting result we had hoped for, especially given the cost involved. We are sharing this simply as an honest account of our experience. Our frustration comes more from the unresolved nature of the problem and the inconvenience involved than from any one single interaction

  Omaha is lucky to have this place. I went in thinking I needed brakes but I didn’t and they were honest about it. If I lived there this would be my go to spot for all my car needs.

  I can't thank Mike enough for all his help. My vehicle was under warranty at the dealership and they fixed it. A week later, the vehicle had problems again. The dealership said it was from a part not covered and would cost $4000 to fix. I took the vehicle to Omaha Car Care, and Mike did the diagnostic. Mike informed me that the part was not bad, and that the prior repair was the reason. I argued with the dealer and they agreed with Mike. They repaired the vehicle at no charge. If not for the honesty and integrity of Omaha Car Care, I could have been out a lot of money. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
