This time my check oil light came on, and I was still far off from being due for my next oil change. I popped in, and they checked it out. They noticed something was a little loose causing an oil leak, so they tightened it up and added oil—fixed! Probably took less than 5 minutes. No charge. Very attentive staff. Shout out to William who did a great job and was very friendly this visit.

- AKAlexander KreifelsMar 10, 20261.0I stopped in on a Thursday morning to get my oil changed. There was seven people standing around able to go over My van. When I got home, I looked over my vehicle like I do after I get an oil change and found that the drain plug was loose barely hand tight and dripping oil was able to get almost a full turn with my wrench to get it to tighten up and seal correctly. I don’t believe they changed the crush washer and it’s the same one. That was on there before overall a poor experience. Paid nearly double even with military discount then I would’ve if I went to Midas, Walmart or any other oil changing service. Even got charged extra to Refill my fluids according to them, I was low on antifreeze windshield washer, fluid, and brake fluid opted for them to go ahead and do it unsure of how much they actually used for the price I paid
