  My son Jeremy posted about my poor experience with fuel injector replacements in my Hyundai Azera and just wanted to update and say that since then, the owner reached out and made everything right again. Very professional and much appreciated.. My mind has been set at ease once again. Thank you Grease Monkey! Will definitely recommend to others.

  Long story short my moms car got all brand new fuel injectors done at this grease monkey then when the car was ready to be picked up she was only able to drive it for about 10 minutes before the car started to act up again so she was just able to get it back to grease monkey and conclusion of that was they forgot to reattach a hose to the injector or wherever it needed to go im not a car guru at all so dont correct me if I sound dumb lol but back to fuel injectors she finally got her car back from them after they replaced them all and not even 30 minutes later as she is on the interstate he car slowly starts to slow down and lose speed and she was able to make it to the gas station before it completely stopped. So I had to find a tow truck to come get it and bring it back to grease money AGAIN to tell them what happened when it literally just left their shop about an hour ago at that point so it sat there for a whole day cause they were closed the next day which is understandable but when they looked at it again they supposedly fixed it but tried to charge for doing and she said no cause it should have been fixed the 1st time but after telling them that they specifically said they wont charge her for it but proceeded to tell her that they will not look at her car again and will not change any more injectors ever again. The audacity to tell a customer that after spending thousands to fix it is worst most unprofessional thing about this and mind you my mom lives a simple life but does not have that much money to be able to afford all of that without repercussions and paying other bills like keeping the lights on and rent (etc.) Moral of story is not taking accountability when u are the manager at grease money. Which it is what it is but pretty much banning her from the shop from something they messed up is absolutely insane. Do not recommend at all ZERO STARS

  My latest visit was for a battery replacement where they accepted my car 10 minutes before close and didn’t complain once when I had to stay past close. I always get top tier service when I visit this location. Everyone is nice and informative. I suggest them to everyone I know when they are looking for a reliable business for their car needs.

  We were headed up I-80 and my change oil service light came on. I am traveling so we looked up oil change places and found the GEM of all oil change places. Every single person, from the gentlemen who opened the door for us to pull in, young lady yelling about the oils and services offered, young man washing my windows, the gentlemen who jumped in the bed of my truck (because I live in a wheelchair) to help secure a few items left out. And to the OG Alex who made sure my oil was topped off and done right. Thank you all. First time I had ever used an oil change service other than my dealer back home where my oil changes are “free” but I pay for filters. I’m telling you as a FACT. Cheaper and faster than any of my dealership “FREE” oil changes. This place is an all around great value with OVER the top great service.

  Love the Grease monkey on North 90th Street been going there for many years they always treat me right and give me good deals on having other things fixed there besides just getting oil changed. I feel that they are knowledgeable and what they're doing and they're not rip me off which for a woman is a very important thing when having stuff done on your car love these guys and gals, ❤️
