  Michael was absolutely amazing in helping me find the perfect car! His communication was clear, timely, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. This was by far the easiest car-buying experience I’ve ever had….no high pressure tactics, no getting stuck in a room, and they got me in and out faster than any dealership I’ve ever visited. I can’t recommend Michael and the team enough!

  We had an outstanding experience working with Will! He made our entire car-buying process completely seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was how helpful and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. Best of all, Will was never pushy. He genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle, not just making a sale. That made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.   I've been going to the Gorges Service Dept for years and have always been happy with just about all aspects of my experiences there. When I left yesterday after a routine oil change, it was nice to walk out and see a freshly washed car (which is standard with service at many places), but I was thrilled to see that they thoroughly cleaned the interior of my car, too! The entire dash area had been dusted and cleaned, seats vacuumed, floor mats squeaky cleaned, windows cleaned, etc. It was such an unexpected little hit of dopamine that I wanted to give the guys in the Gorges service dept their props. Kevin & Josh always make it easy to check in, keep me updated and checked out speedily. In addition to that, I had a great time talking with Haley at the welcome desk while I waited. 10/10 experience!

  I traded in my pickup for a used Acadia I found online from Gorges Volvo and drove from 3 hours away to take a look. And, thanks to my salesman, Mike Percival, I was not disappointed. This was the first vehicle purchase I have made on my own since my husband passed away. And needless to say, I was apprehensive about going through with this on my own. But Mike was very helpful and understanding and was there to help me every step of the way. I highly recommend Gorges. Even if you have to drive three hours to get there!

  After 30 years of buying cars, I can honestly say that Michael Dillion at Gorges Volvo Omaha is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Michael made us feel comfortable. He was honest, genuine, and very down to earth—more like talking with a friend than a salesperson. He also had a great sense of humor and clearly knew his stuff, with answers to every question we had. He went above and beyond to help us find available rebates and savings, which made a meaningful difference in the final cost. That level of effort did not go unnoticed. One of my favorite parts of the experience was when he walked me through all the features of my new car. He took the time to teach us how to use all the “cool gadgets,” which made me feel confident and excited about my purchase. At no point did Michael come across as pushy or “salesy.” He genuinely felt like someone who wanted to help rather than just make a sale. And when we ran into a minor issue after the purchase, he handled it quickly and professionally without hesitation. He truly made this car-buying experience enjoyable—something I don’t say lightly. I would highly recommend Michael Dillion to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.
